In late  2018 Leslie Clark’s London office completed a 100,000 sq ft  office scheme on King William St (London Bridge) for  Beltane Asset Management.

The project  included a complete re-clad in Portland stone, new windows and two new floors on top. Internally the office were re-fitted to Cat A specification with new reception, lifts, M & E and toilets. The rear courtyard was redeveloped into terrace areas and grassed landscaping in a listed graveyard.  Volker Fitzpatrick were the main contractor, with the design by Ben Adams Architects.
