We’re pleased to share the results of our latest Client Satisfaction Survey, which received a record number of responses – up 29% on last year.

Our overall average score rose to 4.70 out of 5, ahead of last year’s 4.63 and well above our ten-year average of 4.60. The survey covers all aspects of our work, from understanding client requirements to communication, problem-solving and value for money.

These results are a valuable opportunity to reflect on what we’re doing well and where we can improve. Thank you to every client who took the time to share their feedback and for the trust you place in us.
