Scott Lawrie promoted to Partner
Scott has developed extensive experience across the retail, leisure, commercial and residential sectors, successfully delivering projects and providing commercial leadership across a diverse portfolio of works.
His experience includes leading projects for clients such as Starbucks, H&M, Morrison’s, SSP, Samsung and The Arch Co, alongside large-scale rollout and fit-out programmes across the UK.
As Partner, Scott will continue to support key client relationships and contribute to the continued growth and success of Leslie Clark.
Ryan Watts promoted to Senior Associate
Ryan has eight years’ UK Quantity Surveying experience and became Chartered with the RICS in 2024. He has worked across the leisure, retail, student accommodation, industrial and sports sectors, supporting the successful delivery of a wide range of projects.
His experience includes hotel new builds and refurbishments for easyHotel, retail fit-outs for TAG Watchstore and Co-op, alongside rollout and development projects for Starbucks.
As Senior Associate, Ryan will continue to support project delivery and client collaboration across a wide range of sectors and teams.
Sankeeath Yogendra promoted to Project Surveyor
Since joining Leslie Clark in 2022 after completing his degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Sankeeath has developed experience across the hotel, retail and commercial sectors.
He has worked on refurbishment and rollout projects for clients including easyHotel, Starbucks, KFC, Co-op, Sainsbury’s and L’Oscar London, supporting project delivery across a variety of schemes throughout the UK and Ireland.
As Project Surveyor, Sankeeath will continue to support project coordination, cost management and client engagement across a variety of projects.
