Andrew joined Leslie Clark in 1993 and is a chartered project management surveyor. He has undertaken a wide variety of project management and client liaison roles during his time at Leslie Clark. Andrew became one of our Leslie Clark Partners in 2004 and is responsible for project management and CDM consultancy. Andrew is also one of our Managing Partners responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice.

Brian joined Leslie Clark as a Partner in the London office in 2008. Brian is an experienced chartered quantity surveyor and project manager who has worked primarily in the retail and leisure sectors and is responsible for the management of major client accounts in these sectors. Brian is also one of our Managing Partners responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice.

Robin joined Leslie Clark in 1992 and became a Partner in 2004. Robin specialises in bespoke private residential projects and leads our residential team. He has extensive project management and quantity surveying experience not only on complex residential projects but also on major retail and leisure fit out projects, and for management of major client accounts in these sectors.

Gordon started at Leslie Clark in 1987 and rejoined as a Partner in the London office in 2010. Gordon is an accomplished chartered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the commercial, industrial, leisure and retail sectors.

John joined Leslie Clark in 1993 and became a Partner in 2004. John has undertaken numerous appointments as both project manager and cost manager on a variety of commercial and retail projects and has particular experience of managing major retail client accounts.

Richard joined us in our Leeds office in 2001 and was made one of the Leslie Clark Partners in 2015. Richard is a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager who has considerable knowledge and experience of the retail and commercial sectors and extensive experience of managing major retailer accounts.

Laurence joined Leslie Clark in 1996 and was made a Partner in 2017. Laurence is responsible for Finance and Business Operations.

Billy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who joined Leslie Clark in 2011. Billy works across various sectors within the practice however predominantly leading commercial, industrial, and residential developments for private developers, funds, and various London Estates.

James joined the practice in October 2009. James is a Chartered Quantity surveyor with a wide range of experience across many sectors, with his prime responsibility being in our Retail, Leisure, and Hospitality Team. James is a key member in training our future RICS candidates in the practice having become an RICS APC Assessor.

James joined the practice in January 2013. James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a wide range of experience across many sectors including commercial and leisure, with his prime responsibility being in our Residential Team.

Peter joined Leslie Clark in 2010 Chair of the London APS Committee and Secretary of the London IIRSM Committee, Peter takes a leading role in the provision of CDM Consultancy Services. An accomplished CDM Consultant with extensive experience in the commercial, industrial, leisure and retail sectors, Peter has an open and versatile approach to CDM compliance, allowing him to work across projects of varying size and complexity.

Bob has over thirty years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, becoming a Chartered Member of the RICS in 1995. He first worked at Leslie Clark from 1994 to 1997. He then gained experience working overseas for a period and returned to Leslie Clark in 2019. Currently, Bob leads on projects with several of our key Commercial Clients, plus private residential clients. Bob also assists the Practice in maintaining our accreditations.

Jarod joined Leslie Clark in 2025 and is based in our Leeds office. With over 30 years of experience in cost management and project delivery, Jarod plays a key role in supporting the growth of our business across all sectors. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive expertise in the retail, residential, commercial, and public infrastructure sectors, Jarod brings a strategic and collaborative approach to every project.

Tom has been with Leslie Clark for nearly 12 years, from Project Surveyor to Partner. His experience across the commercial, retail, hotel, industrial, and residential sectors has been integral to project success. Notable projects include the Herbal House refurbishment and the Hickman office redevelopment. Tom leads our key client accounts and continues to support the commercial team with his practical approach and industry experience.

Aaron has gained 18 years of experience in the private construction sector. His work on significant commercial redevelopments, including the One Millennium Bridge and 150 Aldersgate Street projects, has strengthened our commercial offering. Aaron has a strong focus on project delivery and client collaboration within the Commercial Team.

Dan brings over 25 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with extensive knowledge in the Retail & Leisure sector. His leadership with our Quick Service Restaurants & Food Retail Clients refurbishment programmes, including Carbon Reduction initiatives, demonstrates his ability in this Sector. Dan's focus is on maintaining quality and consistency across the Retail & Leisure Team’s projects.

Brian joined Leslie Clark in 1992 and became a Partner in 2004. He has extensive experience supporting commercial developers and funds, providing end-to-end service from project inception to completion. Now, as a Consultant Partner, Brian continues to offer his expertise to the team and clients in a more flexible capacity.

Paul joined Leslie Clark in 1995 and became a Partner in 2004. A chartered quantity surveyor with extensive cost consultancy experience, Paul has worked extensively across the retail sector, working with both retailers and developers. As a Consultant Partner, Paul continues to support the team with his sector knowledge and strategic input.

Steve joined Leslie Clark in 1992 and became a Partner in 2004. An accomplished project manager, chartered quantity surveyor and principal designer, Steve has over 35 years’ experience in the retail and commercial sectors. Now as a Consultant Partner, Steve continues to share his insight and experience with the team.
