Fit out of new Third Space Health Club. The project comprises of the full shell fit out of empty retail space to form a high-end gym and swimming pool. Works to include: – Mechanical and plumbing, Electrical Stud partitions, and Acoustic flooring Sprinklers. Tiling Joinery Wall finishes: setting out of walls, stud partitions and breaking of landlord screed.

Key constraints have arisen as the landlords have not handed over specific areas as per the programme due to their own project works delays.

Leslie Clark has aided the project team to ensure there is cooperation, communication and coordination with others outside the Thirdspace construction site demise; to ensure shared occupancy space is a safe, secure and controlled environment. Revised full handover of Thirdspace demise from the landlord is programmed accordingly.
