Leslie Clark were appointed by Houston Hot Chicken as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to deliver their new restaurant in Stevenage, which reached practical completion in October 2026.

Set on a busy leisure frontage next to Gravity Active Entertainment and Pizza Express, the unit was transformed with a full fit-out: a new commercial kitchen, mechanical and electrical services, bespoke joinery and counters, statement neon lighting, signage and murals.

We managed the project from pre-construction through to completion, delivering the works in a 6 week site programme with clear cost and cash flow reporting throughout.
